ToER 2019.1.13 update includes:
1. Small buildings won't be allowed to build inside large buildings.
2. Workers are no loger allowed to collect resources from other nation mines.
3. Workers now shall wait till mine has completed building or restoring before collecting resources.
4. Building flag color now represent nation colors.
